我花了几天的时间来研究,如何通过e-mail来联系与客户之间的感情,
并且让客户可以知道最新的保险消息。
我知道这会是一项需要投入的事情,毕竟公司天天出新的circular,
也常常有不同的health campaign, workshop 和比赛。
我觉得有必要让客户知道,目前公司究竟有什么最新动态。
可是通过whatsapp 并不是很正式的感觉,所以我选择了e-mail邮件。
第一个邮件是关于周杰伦的演唱会,
大东方的客户可以提前购票!对周杰伦迷来说,真的是万幸!
早前我在面子书公布这个消息时,已经有朋友拜托我帮他买票,
因为他们并不是大东方的客户,没有LIVE GREAT Card,
可是如果不提前购票,便宜的票必定会被抢购一空,
可见周杰伦的魅力是多么的强大啊!
同时,我也觉得很光荣,因为我是大东方的客户&代理员!
希望没有客户会被我的e-mail 烦到,
因为我真的花了很多时间去做的哦~
Recently, I am managing my e-mail account.
I spent few days of time to do research on how to connect with my clients relationship through e-mails, so that my clients can know about the latest news of insurance.
I know that I need to be really commit into this 'project', because Great Eastern has new circular everyday.
Great Eastern also has a lot of health campaigns, workshops, competitions and new insurance plans.
I think that it is important to let my clients know about these updates.
However, spreading the news through Whatsapp is not that formal and proper, so finally I choose to use e-mail.
The first e-mail that I sent out is regarding Jay Chou's concert.
(For your information, Jay Chou is one of the most famous chinese singer nowadays and 80% of my friends are crazy over him)
In the email I mentioned that Great Eastern's customer can buy the concert ticket before the public sales starts.
This is a great news for Jay Chou's fans because without this privilege, they probably not able to grab any cheapest seat tickets.
When I share this news on my Facebook, there are friends who immediately ask me to help them to buy tickets because they are not Great Eastern's customer.
I actually feel proud to be Great Eastern's policy holder and also Great Eastern's agent!
Hopefully there are no people feel annoyed by my e-mails, because I really spent a lot of time to do this.
